Join the logistics mobile team! OpenNet.pl is a leading provider of software solutions for the CEP industry (Courier Express Parcel). Our main product is Trucker (ERP/TMS/CRM) helping our multiple clients handling their daily logistics operations. We have been a part of the Allegro Group since 2021 and together we are working on Allegro logistics operations and  the green Allegro One Box parcel machines, of which there are over 8000 across Poland and Czech Republic! In addition, we also develop our products for others, including top brands in this industry, having a significant impact on its current and future shape. Join the logistics’ mobile team! You will have a chance to accelerate Allegro’s One logistics operations through mobile apps serving all various groups of workers: from couriers, warehousemen, truck drivers up to APMs’ installers and servicemen. We are looking for a leader who is still close to technology (or wants to get back close to it). In this role, you will spend around 20-50% of your time on technical work (coding, code reviews, architecture), with the remaining time focused on team development and business collaboration.  We are looking for people who Have at least 2 years of experience leading agile teams Have experience in managing mobile applications and products Are very familiar with Android development and have experience with Java and/or Kotlin Are seasoned experts in software development and system architecture Can and want to take care and responsibility for their team’s development, have excellent communication skills, and value the 'servant leadership' approach Have the ability to manage and build relationships in a team of skilled engineers and across closely collaborating teams Can listen, motivate and provide constructive feedback as well as select adequate development activities for their team Can present the necessary technical work in the context of business risks Can work closely with the business (can reconcile technical and business issues) and care about business results Enjoy constant developing, updating and sharing their knowledge Know English language on at least B2 level (experience in managing English-speaking team members is a plus)  The following are also a plus Experience with Flutter Experience in backend development using .NET Experience in the logistics industry In your daily work you will handle the following tasks Building a team of skilled engineers to efficiently deliver business value through technical work Leading the team in an agile environment Facilitating close cooperation with other teams Actively shaping the product and its development roadmap by being a partner to a Product Manager Developing team’s members by taking into account individual preferences and needs to achieve mastery and autonomy while fulfilling the purpose of employee and the organisation creating and managing ideas in the team technology excellence area Why is it worth working with us?
