Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.What You’ll Do:As a SQL Developer, you will support the implementation and setup of new clients in our system. As part of this team, you will transfer data from their previous systems to ours, enhance the toolkit currently in use, collaborate regularly with our business team based in the USA, and help implement business plans and ideas. You’ll also maintain ongoing communication with members of the development teams to share knowledge and develop new solutions.In this role, you will: Create and optimize ETL processes for data migration Create and optimize efficient SQL queries Create data imports/exports Efficiently communicate with Business Team to better understand the clients' needs Give feedback on data analysis results Create reports using SSRS, Power BI What You’ll need to join our Team:Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience 2-4 years of experience in a similar role Practical knowledge of MS SQL Server Understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling principles Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies Working knowledge of SSRS and SSIS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Highly self-motivated with the ability to learn independently and conduct research Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Ability to communicate fluently in Polish and English Why work with us: Competitive compensation - UoP (Employment Contract): 9,000 PLN – 13,000 PLN gross/month and B2B (Contractor): 10,800 PLN – 15,500 PLN net/month + VAT Periodic salary reviews to ensure your growth is recognized Private healthcare package with Enel-Med Multisport card Company-sponsored sports groups Educational support, including English language classes and other professional development opportunities.
