Proficiency in test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, and API testing.

Hands-on experience with Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration (CI/CD) practices. Familiarity with agile ceremonies and product development mindsets, including process and tool optimization. Excellent communication in English. Nice to Have: Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, GDPR, HIPAA, FDA).Responsibilities:  Design and implement test automation strategies, identify automation opportunities, and integrate automation within CI/CD pipelines. Lead the development and maintenance of automation frameworks, with expertise in Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, and API testing. Oversee reusable automated test scripts for UAT, regression, and E2E testing, ensuring alignment with product cycles. Mentor a team of automation engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and facilitate agile ceremonies. Ensure adherence to GxP, GDPR, HIPAA, and FDA standards, with a strong focus on quality and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
