B1 level., Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach., Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities., Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team., Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills., Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment., Proficient in using CRM software, ticketing systems, and other customer service tools., Knowledge of German or French would be an advantage.
