We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team in Wrocław. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments and projects. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support the strategic and operational success of Flixstudio.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotating across key departments such as Production, Customer Service, Technology, Operations, and HR to gain a comprehensive 360-degree understanding of the company’s operations.
• Supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of projects aligned with company objectives.
• Acting as a liaison between teams to improve cross-departmental coordination.
• Collecting and analyzing data to support decision-making and identify process improvements.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Shadowing senior managers and taking ownership of selected workstreams or pilot initiatives.
• Supporting the implementation of new tools, systems, and processes.
• Bringing energy, ideas, and focused execution to support a high-performance culture.

• A graduate or early-career professional with a background in business, management, operations, media production, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curiosity, an analytical mindset, and a problem-solving attitude.

• Proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for fashion, photography, digital innovation, or creative industries is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Polish is an advantage.
