Our customer is the leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation. As an IT Support Agent with German, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking customers by providing high-quality technical support and ensuring efficient problem resolution.Project information: Location: Katowice, Lublin, Opole -> hybrid model of working in one the locations (2 visits in the office per week) Working hours: Mon-Fr -> business hours or 24/7 support Type of project: IT Support/Service Desk Type of employment: long-term contract of employment Languages: German & English Salary range: 7000 - 8000 PLN gross Responsibilities: Provide daily technical support to German-speaking customers Respond to queries and resolve hardware, software and system issues Manage and track incidents through a ticketing system Perform troubleshooting activities and escalate complex issues when necessary Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless customer service Requirements: Very good knowledge of German & English (B2/C1 levels) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk is an advantage (but not required) We offer: Full-time job agreement based on employment contract Private medical care Multisport card Career growth and development opportunities International and supportive work environment
