📍 Location: Legnica, PL (On-site) or Karviná, CZ (On-site)B2B do 550 PLN/MDUOPAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Analyst to join the Stargate Project—a large-scale ERP (SAP S/4HANA) and Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM) implementation across EMEA operations.This on-site role will be based in Legnica, Poland, or Karviná, Czech Republic, supporting major manufacturing and distribution facilities. The successful candidate will provide hands-on IT support to ensure smooth integration between shopfloor systems and the new SAP environment, working closely with production, logistics, and central project teams.This position is ideal for IT professionals experienced in infrastructure and shopfloor systems, as well as for junior candidates eager to grow in ERP and manufacturing IT environments.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary IT point of contact for the site, supporting SMEs, Power Users, and End Users during all project phases.Execute and document system tests — prepare test data, run test cases, log and track defects in Jira, and validate results in QTest.Configure and maintain shopfloor equipment, including RF scanners, label and document printers, tablets, and industrial terminals.Support non-SAP shopfloor applications, such as production scheduling tools, order printing, and SCADA/MES Bridge systems.Provide on-site support during UAT, DIL, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases, ensuring system stability and user readiness.Collaborate with the central project team to align on processes, data, and technical standards.RequirementsProven experience in IT infrastructure (LAN/Wi-Fi, servers, storage, databases).Familiarity with shopfloor and warehouse systems (manufacturing execution, scheduling, labeling, SCADA).Understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes — production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse operations.Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS projects (SAP preferred) is a strong plus.Motivated junior professionals with analytical thinking and eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
