Experience in logistics, customer service or order management within an international environment, Good understanding of logistics, transport operations, supply chain principles and business processes, Experience with SAP (ITP module as a strong advantage) and working with order-to-cash flows, including invoicing and financial documentation, Knowledge of customs procedures, export documentation and international trade requirements, Strong customer orientation with a proactive, well-organized and analytical approach to work, Fluent English and at least one additional language; strong communication skills
