The goal of the Position: Your goal will be the professional handling of inquiries from our German customers via email, phone, and live chat.Daily tasks of the position: Professionally handling inquiries from German-speaking customers via email, phone, and live chat. Providing information regarding order status, payments, as well as cancellation and return processes. Analyzing and resolving customer tickets in accordance with existing procedures. Cooperating with internal teams (e.g., payments, complaints, logistics) to find the best possible solution for the customer. Identifying recurring issues and reporting them to the relevant departments. Ensuring a high standard of customer service and building positive relationships with customers. You will need:  Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written – grammatical accuracy (min. level B2/C1). Willingness and passion for working with customers and handling phone calls. Positive attitude towards the world and people, customer-oriented mindset. Independence in resolving inquiries from start to finish. Ability to work in a team. Openness to working fixed hours in time slots 8–16, 10–18, 11–19, as well as working 2 weekends per month.
