At least 1 year of experience with operational improvements in financial institutions (e.g. Lean, reengineering programs), Basic knowledge of MS Visio, PowerBI, and SQL, Very good command of spoken and written English (at least at B2 level), Sound understanding of the financial market, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, Strong stakeholder management skills, Strong analytical skills, Experience working with external clients within Securities Services operations
