Information about the project:Industry: bankingRate: up to 160 PLN/H net + VAT, B2BLocation: Gdynia – hybridLong-term cooperation Summary:This role focuses on security compliance governance, ensuring effective documentation and formal governance processes within the organization while fostering an understanding of IT security requirements. Main Responsibilities: Assess and approve change requests related to infrastructure, platforms, and applications from a security compliance perspective. Ensure clear communication and a satisfactory experience for stakeholders. Represent the team and enhance stakeholder awareness of security requirements. Interpret information security standards into actionable technical security requirements. Analyze existing procedural and architectural documentation. Verify coverage of registered issues and risks in relation to risk processes. Cooperate and gather information from internal stakeholders as part of the decision-making process.  Key Requirements: Basic understanding of IP networks, protocols, firewalls, and proxies. Strong business and technical English communication skills (written and spoken). Ability to analyze documentation. Experience in operational tasks, including Change Management and ticketing systems. Ability to gather information from varied sources and synthesize insights. Resiliency and assertiveness.  Nice to Have: Understanding of Risk Management Framework. Experience in information security policies, documentation, and industry standards.
