The roleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate innovative projects in the areas of Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotics. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of both internal and external initiatives, from initial planning to final delivery, with a strong focus on organization, process optimization, and results.What you’ll do Plan, initiate, and coordinate IT projects across teams and stakeholders Monitor project progress at every stage, ensuring alignment with goals, timeline, and scope Proactively identify process improvements and implement actionable changes Coordinate team workload, monitor performance, and support day-to-day operations Organize and lead regular project meetings (internal and external) Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and clients Maintain high-quality documentation, including technical records required for grant-based projects Deliver solutions and drive results in line with business priorities Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in a tech-focused environment Proven track record of managing long-term projects involving AI, Computer Vision, ML, or Robotics Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience in preparing and managing technical documentation, especially for grant settlement and reporting Ability to analyze customer requirements from both business and technical perspectives Strong organizational and time management skills Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution Ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions independently Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative in dynamic environments Comfortable working in a bilingual setting (Polish C1 and English C1) What we offer 20/26 paid vacation days 🌴  100% remote work and flexible working hours  Budget for training and development during work hours  Private medical care, life insurance, and Multisport 🏃‍♂️‍➡️ Employee referral bonuses Equipment of your choice (MacBook by default) Interesting, challenging projects- we only take on the ones we believe in :-)
