At least 5 years of experience in business systems analysis within banking or financial services., Strong knowledge of banking processes, especially in corporate or investment banking., Proficiency in defining requirements, preparing functional specifications, and analyzing business needs., Experience working with custom banking applications and integration projects., Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Visual Basic, and basic knowledge of SQL., Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Gliffy., Excellent communication skills in Polish and a good command of English., Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills., Knowledge of banking systems, central bank operations, or financial regulations., Experience with tools supporting testing automation (e.g., Selenium, SoapUI)., Knowledge of XML, JSON, REST protocols, DDD, SOA, MQ messaging, and asynchronous communication.
