Role: IT Analyst – Change Management & Process ImprovementType of work: B2BRate: up to 110 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B)Location: Hybrid model: 3x/week in the office in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warszawa / ŁódźWe are seeking an IT Analyst to support the transformation of the change management process within a large organization. The role focuses on adapting change management approaches to the needs of various teams and initiatives, emphasizing process-oriented, analytical, and workshop expertise.Main Responsibilities:Conduct workshops with stakeholders.Analyze and improve change management processes.Define recommendations for adapting processes to different teams and projects.Gather requirements and transform them into user stories and analytical documentation.Create and update project and operational documentation (including Process Library in Confluence).Support ongoing project and operational activities.Key Requirements:Experience in the area of change management.Ability to analyze and define requirements.Practical, operational knowledge of Jira and Confluence.Familiarity with ITIL practices (especially incident and problem management).Nice to Have:Experience with the BMC Helix platform.
