Your work is not only about numbers — you will help create a financial system that supports our team and our clients.Your tasks:Manage the full financial process — from contract signing to invoicing and payment collection.Set strong financial rules — for project start, extra costs, and scope changes, and make sure everything is documented and approved.Work with Operations and clients — support the Operations Manager and clients with payments, invoicing plans, and financial forecasting.Keep our financial records clean — manage payroll, subscriptions, travel costs, freelancer payments, and correct tracking of sick leave and vacations.🥇 You are a good fit if you have:English at Upper-Intermediate or higher.French at Upper-Intermediate is a plus.Experience working in IT companies or with international clients.4+ years of accounting or financial management experience.Strong experience with Pennylane and Google Sheets.🎁 What we offer:Salary paid at the beginning of every month.All public holidays are non-working days.15 calendar days of paid sick leave per year.1.25 vacation days per month + 5 extra days at the end of the year (20 days total).Taxes and bank fees are not covered.3-month probation period.English lessons.🤝 Hiring process:1-hour interview with HR1-hour interview with COO30-minute interview with the Co-Founders
