you have 2+ years experience in middle office team, trade operations, custody or asset servicing, you understand trade lifecycle processes for all types of asset classes, you have knowledge and practical experience with reconciliation processes (including cash, positions, and derivatives), you have knowledge and practical experience in cash and liquidity management, you have practical experience working with custodians and brokers/counterparties, you have knowledge and hands‑on experience with OMS and 3rd‑party trade‑processing platforms (such as OMGEO, DTC Trade Suite, MarginSphere, MarkitWire, etc.), you are able to work under time pressure and make decisions under tight deadlines, you demonstrate excellent problem‑solving skills and focus on process automation and improvements, you speak Polish fluently (C1 level at least), you have a good command of English (daily communication with the offshore team), knowledge of Blackrock Aladdin platform
