Drive and execute M365 migration and rollout projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery and alignment with project goals. Develop secure, compliant, and scalable digital workplace architectures aligned with organizational standards. Oversee device management, application deployment, and configuration policies using Microsoft Intune. Support the adoption and enablement of new M365 technologies, including Copilot, Viva, Power Platform, and other modern workplace tools. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration, user experience improvements, and operational efficiency. Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization across the digital workplace ecosystem. Work within a mixed SCRUM/Waterfall environment to deliver milestones effectively.  Requirements: Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in digital workplace engineering or related fields. Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365: Intune, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot. Proven experience in large-scale M365 migrations, rollouts, and hybrid workplace configurations. Solid understanding of security, compliance, device management, and integration best practices within M365 environments. Experience designing secure, scalable digital workplace architectures. Ability to support adoption initiatives and guide stakeholders through new tool implementation. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in enterprise environments.
