Significant experience of qualitative and quantitative research either client-side or consultancy and evidence of best practice analytical knowledge., Proven ability in data analytics, able to analyse data from multiple sources including web and opinion research and turn it into accurate, meaningful insights., Extensive proficiency with digital analytics with deep skills in web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and employee engagement platforms., Significant experience of using audience and communications insights to go beyond observations, interpreting in the context of strategic priorities to form actionable insights., Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data, develop accurate, actionable insights and engage with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders.
