As a Data Analyst, you will be part of a collaborative and agile environment where your insights and expertise will help shape business decisions. You will work with data in Snowflake: prepare, transform, and analyze information for reporting purposes, primarily using Power BI or Tableau. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reports and dashboards.
Business domain: Travelling and Booking.
This is a hybrid position, so we expect candidates to visit an office in one of our five locations (Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź, Gdańsk, Białystok) at least once a week.
Responsibilities
Prepare, transform, and model data within Snowflake to support reporting and analytics needs
Design and build Power BI / Tableau reports and dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
Monitor and report on key performance metrics
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve commercial & revenue performance
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and business teams to define data requirements and ensure data is ready for analysis
Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports
Maintain compliance with security, integrity, and governance standards for all reporting data
Continuously improve report performance, usability, and user adoption through feedback and iteration
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Data Analysis field
Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and preparing data for reporting and analytics
Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, report/dashboard design best practices
Experience working with Snowflake for data ingestion and transformation
Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and validating data accuracy
Basic Python skills (for data manipulation and automation)
Ability to work efficiently with structured and semi-structured data from multiple sources
Knowledge of data security, privacy, and governance best practices (e.g., RBAC, data lineage, GDPR)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
