Your New Role

• Install and maintain dazzling lighting displays throughout Central Ohio

• Work with clients to bring their vision to life with custom designs

• Ensure safe and efficient use of equipment, ladders, lifts, and tools

• Troubleshoot and repair displays as needed during the season

• Organize, store, and care for lighting equipment for smooth setups and takedowns

• Deliver excellent customer service and help create a memorable experience

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to work at heights using ladders, roofs, and lifts, as required by the role

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Willing to work extended hours during peak holiday season, including overtime opportunities

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• No prior experience required, we provide full training
