2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Industry e.g. planning and/or plant / shopfloor operations with a understanding of the overall functional and technical landscape (understanding of systems, processes, tools, and technologies in the manufacturing area / on the shop floor), Understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and IT-OT architecture, plant automation, plant network, security protocols and industry standards will be an advantage, Experience in implementing smart manufacturing solution on IOT Platforms like Microsoft Azure will be an advantage, Experience working in the deployment of the MES, functionals requirements gathering, designing the application blueprint, creating test scenarios, performing regression testing, creating technical documentation will be an advantage, English communication skills (written & spoken). Knowledge of German, Spanish or French will be an advantage, Key skills:, Minimum 3 years of experience in Consulting, Product/Software Platforms, Platform Architecture/Design, Outstanding written & spoken communication skills and experience of working with cross-cultural leaders & stakeholders., Excellent problem solving & root cause analysis skills., Excellent project management & stakeholder management skills., Ability to work in Global Environment using Onshore Offshore model, Sensitivity and skill at working with different cultures and styles
