This role is critical in managing procurement activities across multiple indirect categories, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and strong supplier relationships. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver value through strategic sourcing and category management.Responsibilities:Manage assigned indirect categories such as Soft FM (Security, Cleaning), Staff Equipment & PPE, and Security TaggingDevelop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectivesPrepare and run RFI/RFP processes, including data collection, scope definition, and supplier evaluationNegotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company standards and governanceMaintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure performance and service qualityMonitor supplier KPIs and address issues proactivelyIdentify opportunities for cost savings and process improvementsAssess and mitigate risks related to supply continuity and compliancePartner with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Facilities) to align procurement strategies with organizational goalsSupport stakeholders in understanding procurement processes and policiesPrepare reports on category performance, savings, and market trendsUse data-driven insights to inform sourcing decisionsQualifications:Proven experience in Indirect Procurement or related sourcing rolesStrong knowledge of tendering processes and contract managementExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisionsProficiency in English (written and spoken)Familiarity with procurement tools and ERP systems is a plusFrench language skills would be an advantage
