10+ years of progressive HR experience., Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is essential., Strong background in working within matrix organizations and multicultural teams., Strong knowledge of labor laws and union environments., Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills., Strategic mindset with hands-on operational execution., Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities., Fluent in Polish and English; German is highly desirable., Openness to business trips - within Poland and to Germany., German would be a plus.
