bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resource Management, Sociology or Psychology, 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR experience within IT / Banking industry would be advantageous, advanced level of written and spoken English, strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment, exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, experience working in HRIS or HCM systems is strongly preferred, ability to work independently and take on increasing responsibilities over time, strict adherence to confidentiality and professionalism, excellent written and verbal communication skills, flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
