2-3 years of experience as HR Business Partner, preferably in e-commerce, media, advertising or IT industry., Strong knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training & development, compensation, etc.)., Experience supporting leaders and employees across multiple departments or business units., Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to managers., Skillful combination of interpersonal competences with the orientation on the task and goal realization., Self-reliance, independence., Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills., Proficient knowledge of English and Polish., Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, Power Point).
