Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and payroll in a manufacturing company, Experience across the full HR & payroll cycle (from hiring through settlements and reporting), Hands-on experience with ZUS electronic systems (Płatnik), Secondary or higher education (preferred: HR & payroll, finance/accounting, administration/law, or related fields), Very good knowledge of: Labour Code, social insurance regulations, PIT, PPK, ZFŚS; ability to interpret regulations and propose solutions, Proficiency in Płatnik, HR/payroll systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Excellent work organization, accuracy and diligence, strong focus on deadlines and data quality, Effective communication with employees and managers; discretion and responsibility for sensitive data, Ability to communicate freely in English, Experience in improving HR/Payroll processes; working with reporting tools (e.g., Excel/BI)
