Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute HIL test cases on dSPACE HIL benches (e.g., Scalexio, ControlDesk).
• Design and automate test scripts using Python to enhance test efficiency and coverage.
• Configure and manage dSPACE HIL setups, including:
• I/O configuration and signal mapping
• Model integration (Simulink)
• Calibration, measurement, and automation in ControlDesk
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and support root-cause analysis with development teams.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test procedures, reports, and traceability.
• Collaborate with system, software, and validation teams to ensure alignment with requirements.

Support continuous improvements in HIL infrastructure, test frameworks, and automation pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with dSPACE HIL systems (Scalexio preferred).
• Strong experience with ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, and dSPACE toolchain.
• Proficiency in Python for test automation, script development, and automation frameworks.
• Good understanding of automotive ECUs, embedded systems, and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay).
• Experience using tools like Vector CANoe/CANalyzer for network and signal analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for HIL benches and test failures.
• Ability to convert requirements into test cases and ensure traceability.
