Our client, a growing mobile‑gaming studio is looking for Head of Technology & Cloud Infrastructure to own their entire IT infrastructure and cloud architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading teams, ensuring the technical architecture aligns with business goals, and driving the organization through key security and compliance certifications.Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain BI/Data Warehouse systems. Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Build and manage high-performing technical teams. Oversee IT security and ensure compliance with frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Lead efforts in vulnerability management, incident response, and security audits. Guide the organization through achieving and maintaining key security certifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical architecture with business strategy. Manage IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and security. Oversee and mentor engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables. Requirements At least 8-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a technology leadership or architecture role. Hands-on experience in building BI/Data Warehouse systems. Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Proven experience in IT infrastructure management (networks, servers, security). Strong background in IT security and compliance frameworks. Experience in leading organizations through ISO 27001, SOC 2, and similar certifications. Demonstrated hands-on engineering ability (not purely managerial). Strong strategic thinking and ability to align technology with business goals. Excellent communication skills (ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders). Experience with IT budgeting and financial planning. Nice to have: Experience with large-scale high-concurrency systems. Designing high-availability (HA) and low-latency architectures. AI/ML infrastructure: MLOps, feature stores, model serving tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI). Experience with LLM integration & deployment.
