Wymagania

5+ years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing in B2B, B2B2C, or SaaS environments (transport/logistics experience is a plus)., Hands-on expertise in performance marketing: paid acquisition, SEO/organic growth, funnel design, and conversion optimization., Proven ability to scale lead generation and optimize CAC, conversion rates, and ROI across digital channels., Expertise in analytics and tracking ecosystems, including attribution models, BI dashboards, and end-to-end data quality., Solid understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback periods) and experience building scalable growth models., Advanced knowledge of SEO and CRO, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, creative and copy experimentation., Deep familiarity with MarTech stacks and tools: CRM and marketing automation, analytics platforms, Jira/ClickUp, Figma, Excel, and practical use of AI tools., Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into digital strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes., Leadership and people management skills, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing digital teams.
