You’ll join the Marketing Team — a crew of Product Marketers, an SEO & Blog Manager, an Influencer & Affiliate Manager, a Content Marketer, and Designers who keep our creative standards sharp and scalable. On a daily basis, you’ll also collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to turn insights into actionable growth opportunities — and with our Content and Design teams to bring campaigns to life fast, clean, and with impact.As a Growth Marketer, you will own the entire growth and marketing automation ecosystem.We’re a remote-first company, but if you ever crave some in-person energy, we’ve got a cozy office in Wrocław where the magic happens (and coffee never runs out ☕).You will be responsible for:Creating and optimizing email workflows that drive activation, engagement, and upsell — and improving them continuously.Boosting email performance: open rates, deliverability, CTR, and everything in between— and keep raising the bar.Owning clean, reliable tracking and attribution — events, consent, data flow — and working closely with developers to keep signals strong.Growing our marketing database in a healthy, scalable, and compliant way.Auditing and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn — and knowing when to push into new channels.Testing new ad angles, formats, creatives, and messaging that resonate with our audience.Experimenting with new channels when there’s potential worth chasing.Keeping analytics tight: auditing GA4, building dashboards (Looker), delivering insights that lead to action.Running bold growth experiments.You may be a good fit for this role if you:Have senior-level experience in email marketing, lifecycle automation, and PPC — with clear examples of how your work moved key metrics.Feel at home in HubSpot, and modern automation tools.Understand events, tracking, attribution, consent — and can partner with developers to keep everything rock solid.Have proven success running Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns — and enjoy experimenting with new formats and ideas.Use keyword tools (Ahrefs or similar) and know how to turn search insights into meaningful marketing actions.Understand what makes a database grow in a healthy way — and what gets you banned or throttled.Bring a proactive, ownership-driven mindset: when you see an opportunity, you take it.Communicate clearly, collaborate openly, and operate with low ego and high standards.Think beyond channels and campaigns — you want to help build Surfer, not just run ads for it.Bonus points if you:Have experience sourcing external audience data or building multi-platform targeting groups.Know your way around PowerBI.Have run campaigns on X or Reddit.Our tools:GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Intercom, HubSpot, Looker Studio, bonus points for PowerBiWhat we offer:Choose between fully remote or hybrid work from our modern Wrocław office27 days of PTO per year, plus additional sick leave when you need itContinuous growth: $1,000 annual development budget for courses, conferences, or any learning resource that helps you growComprehensive healthcare with SafetyWing: Global coverage that goes beyond basics, includes medical assistance, dental care, vaccinations massages and even glasses50% co-financing of a Multisport card for those based in Poland or a monthly wellness allowance if you’re working from abroad.
