The role focuses on effective design, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that robust KYC solutions are developed to comply with financial crime regulations.Main Responsibilities: Be part of a large transformation programme delivering the Group KYC Tool, an enterprise-wide solution. Operate within a team to design processes, rules, and solution options while driving outcomes. Drive capabilities design with team members and stakeholders through prototyping. Guide detailed requirements teams on capability context and solutioning decisions. Engage with stakeholders to provide clear context, planning, and approach capability design. Collaborate with Design Function Lead and other designers for efficient solutioning. Formulate pragmatic options to achieve outcomes within tight timelines. Key Requirements: 8-10+ years of experience in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC domain. Deep understanding of financial crime regulations and ability to develop effective Risk-Based Approaches (RBA). Experience in leading design teams or managing KYC control projects. Exceptional stakeholder management skills. Demonstrable experience in driving projects and managing risks. Strong understanding of the solution development lifecycle. Well-organized with a passion for following products from concept to delivery. Leadership skills with a 'get things done' attitude. Ability to embrace design thinking for innovative solutions. Nice to Have: Experience in large-scale transformation projects. Familiarity with multiple jurisdictions’ regulations. Skills in digital transformation and technology integration.
