Your responsibilities

  • Advising and supporting our highest-performing sellers during onboarding and throughout their entire journey.
  • Managing and optimizing the performance of top-tier sellers, helping them unlock their full sales potential.
  • Upgrading customers from a free trial period to paid packages by showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Enhancing customer profitability and satisfaction by identifying cross-selling opportunities for additional products and services.
  • Accurately tracking interactions and actions within CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting documents as directed by team leaders.
  • Providing occasional support at events where the company is present, representing the company with expertise and professionalism.
  • Contributing to the rollout of new features and programs with a proactive and “can-do” attitude.

Our requirements

  • Have over 2 years of sales experience (ideally in e-commerce).
  • Are fully proficient in German and English.
  • Understand that successful selling requires regular client communication through various channels.
  • Excel in effective communication and client engagement.
  • Are skilled in negotiation or eager to develop this skill.
  • Bring e-commerce experience (advantageous).
