For our client,  we are looking for candidates for the following position:

Editor / Proof Reader in Operations Division / Support Office of Operations Division (OPS/SOPS)

Location: Warszawa, Śródmieście

Reference Number: EPR/114/2025

Key responsibilities of the position:

• To assist with drafting documents/PPTs/emails (communication, speaking points, briefing notes, reports, guidelines, web-content etc.);
• To prepare and follow up on the workflows and monitoring of tasks/files/documents;
• To archive files and documents;
• To integrate inputs and corrections from many contributors into one file and perform linguistic checks and improve overall quality of documents/files;
• To check documents/texts/PPTs for compliance with Frontex style conventions and terminology and alignment with Frontex Corporate Visual Identity;
• To support ad-hoc requests from DED-OPS and Support Office.

Requirements:

• Education: university degree in English philology or applied linguistics
• Work experience: at least 3 years of work-experience performing tasks as described above
• Computer skills: very good knowledge of the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Language skills: very good command of English (at least C1 level)
