For our Client European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for:

Senior Legal Assistant in DED-OPS (Operations Directorate)

Location: Warszawa, Śródmieście

Reference Number: SLA/114/2025

Key responsibilities of the position:

• To support with drafting and reviewing of legal texts (such as ED or MB Decisions).
• To support coordinating and drafting briefing notes, legal opinions, explanatory notes, etc.
• To prepare and follow up on the workflows and monitoring of tasks/files/documents on specific topics.
• To archive files and documents.
• To support ad-hoc requests from DED-OPS and Support Office.

Requirements:

• successful completion of a university degree related to law
• at least 3 year of professional experience in, international law, finance or diplomas of: General Administration, Business Management, Financial Management, Economics, Political Sciences/ European Studies or Social Sciences
• very good command of both written and spoken English (at least C1)
• knowledge and experience in working with databases
• experience in professional layout tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Acrobat Pro)
