The initiative focuses on integrating and stabilizing a SaaS-based time and absence solution (including Replicon) with enterprise systems (SAP BTP, Datahub), ensuring data accuracy, security, and operational efficiency through collaboration with global teams.YOUR TASKS Act as the main point of contact for GTM in-country, managing requests and changes. Work with Level 2 support to resolve incidents quickly. Organize workshops to gather requirements and ensure legal compliance. Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams. Support integration flows between SaaS platforms and enterprise systems. Assist with testing, cut-over, and post go-live support. Maintain documentation and align solutions with global standards. YOUR PROFILE Client-focused, able to manage requirements and improve processes. Skilled in workshops, requirement gathering, and ensuring compliance. Strong communication and collaboration in global teams. Comfortable making decisions and influencing stakeholders. Solid understanding of SaaS solutions; knowledge of Replicon is a plus. Familiar with APIs, secure integrations, and platforms like SAP BTP or MuleSoft. Experience with data mapping and transformation; basic scripting knowledge (Java, Python, SQL) is helpful.
