A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in or contributing to DEI programs or HR projects, ideally within a global or matrix organization., Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English., Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook., Strong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently., Experience supporting cross-regional projects, events, or communications., Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes., Comfortable analyzing and managing data to generate insights and reporting., Interest in using AI tools and technology to enhance DEI and HR processes., Collaborative, inclusive, and diplomatic, with a strong sense of confidentiality., Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and timelines.
