Knowledge of fixed assets management is essential., Fluent in English, German at minimum B1 level, Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or finance, Strong expertise in GL processes, with solid knowledge of accounting, finance, and controlling, Proficiency in SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA (experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation is a strong asset), Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Experience in a Shared Services environment, including process transformation and project management, Familiarity with US GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting regulations, Experience in accounting or audit in an independent role, Process improvement mindset and automation skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and in a team, Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
