5-7 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in a leadership role., University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field., Strong understanding of Accounting GAAP; familiarity with US GAAP is a plus., Solid understanding of GL reporting, knowledge of AP, AR, inventory and VAT reporting is a plus., Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example and manage people as well as actively participate in daily work., Strong analytical skills, Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP., Good command of English, both written and spoken., Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment
