ResponsibilitiesSupport clients in implementing and maintaining Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure and customize Customer Insights Journeys to meet client needs. Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for existing implementations. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other Dynamics 365 modules. Deliver training and documentation for end-users. We have networking events, coding challenges, and company parties for different occasions.QualificationsYou have a university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or similar field.Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or related modules (e.g. Dynamics 365 Sales). Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer journey orchestration. Ability to gather requirements and design functional solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent communication skills in English and Polish. German language is a plus. Open to working in a hybrid mode, with 1 day per month at our office in Katowice.
