University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in a business partnering or shared services environment, Solid understanding of finance operations and local business unit dynamics, Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate metrics (KPIs/SLAs) into actionable business insights., Practical background in change management, continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management, Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions and geographies, Strategic mindset combined with sound business acumen, A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude with high accountability and the ability to manage multiple priorities., Ability to drive results and influence decision-making without direct authority., Opportunity for international networking (travel up to 25%), Proficiency in ERP systems – knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite will be considered a strong advantage.
