8 years experience in software engineering, 5+ years of commercial experience with Flutter, Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework, Very good understanding of mobile application architecture and state management, Good knowledge of at least one native technology: Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift), Proven experience in building native modules and platform integrations used in Flutter applications, Experience working with REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and mobile performance optimization, Experience in integrating native SDKs into the Flutter applications, Ability to take ownership of technical decisions and guide others, Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing technical discussions, Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams, Higher education degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), English – C1 (daily communication with international clients), Polish – B2 (or native), Remote-first availability with occasional presence in our Warsaw office, Experience with AI-powered tools for development, code generation, or testing (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-assisted coding tools) is a plus
