In this role, you will work closely with international data operations teams, stakeholders, and business partners. What You Will Do lead and develop a high-performance data operations team through coaching, performance reviews, and skill development ensure stable daily operations while driving continuous improvement and KPI achievement contribute to national and international data operations and support the global data operations strategy identify and implement process, quality, and efficiency improvements across data production represent the team internally and externally, influencing operational standards and best practices  What You Bring  proven leadership experience in financial data, financial services, or a related industry strong knowledge of securities markets, financial instruments, and the European capital market landscape excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills affinity for technology and digitalization (AI, RPA, ML; SAFe experience is an asset) fluent in English and French (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus What We Offer hybrid model up to 40% working from home  private Medical care and life insurance  meal, transportation and electricity allowance  up to 20 days working from abroad / Day for U  access to technical and language learning platforms
