Our goal is to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence for our internal and external clients. In this position, you will work closely with operations, data management, IT, and client-facing teams.We are currently looking for 3 Analysts to join our team in Warsaw. What You Will Do enter and maintain reference data across multiple internal databases lead operational initiatives such as data automation, process optimization, and client-driven improvements verify data consistency and perform second-level data quality checks provide functional support and assistance to clients train new joiners, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to procedures  What You Bring  higher education in finance, management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) 2+ years of experience in the financial data industry or a closely related environment strong knowledge of Funds, or Fixed Income and Shares ecosystem excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset fluent in French & English (spoken and written); working knowledge of Excel, SQL (a plus), JIRA, and Confluence What We Offer hybrid model up to 40% working from home  private Medical care and life insurance  meal, transportation and electricity allowance  up to 20 days working from abroad / Day for U  access to technical and language learning platforms
