Degree in Automation, Robotics, Mechanics, or related technical field., Minimum 2 years in building maintenance or similar role (preferably in an industrial plant)., Knowledge of TPM, SMED, 5S, Lean Manufacturing., English proficiency (min. B2)., SEP certification up to 1kV (preferred)., Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and technical documentation (2D/3D)., Driving license (B category)., Strong organizational and planning abilities., Time management and goal orientation., Teamwork, engagement, and willingness to learn.
