Your future companyOur client is a world leader in the design and production of energy-efficient optical switches for fiber optic networks.RequirementsProven delivery of large-scale production ramp‑ups (≥5–10×) in discrete manufacturing or similar complex environmentsHands‑on experience in facilities redevelopment & production transfers (commissioning, validation, phased move/launch)Strong understanding of operational environments and production prioritiesExceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skills, in Polish and English; able to influence and align diverse and dispersed teamsDemonstrated accountability and ownership of project outcomesCapacity planning proficiency: cycle time modelling, staffing plans, equipment throughput, OEE, bottleneck analysisStrong LEAN manufacturing expertise: one‑piece flow, takt time, line balancing, Heijunka, visual managementProven experience of operating in high-growth, ambiguous environments where priorities shift rapidlyKnowledge of Polish Building Law, PN/PN-EN standards, and permitting processesFamiliarity with OHS regulations and workplace standards in PolandCompetency in the following tools: MS Project, Power BI, Planner, Power Automate, SAPExperience in regulated industries (medical, aerospace, automotive)Familiarity with S&OP, materials planning, and supplier ramp coordinationExposure to Industry 4.0 trends (automation, IoT, robotics)Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP/PRINCE2ResponsibilitiesProject and Programme Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent facility development and production transfer projects, ensuring scope, schedule, capacity, and budget are met.Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, suppliers, and executive leadership.Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.Prioritisation & Decision Making: Navigate conflicting priorities across projects, making informed decisions to maintain momentum and quality.Reporting & Communication: Deliver clear, concise updates on project and programme status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and cross-functional teams.The offerCooperation based on a B2B contractVaried and interesting work tasks in an inspiring, international environmentParking space for employees
