Opis stanowiska
Wymagania
Experience in expansion, leasing retail or commercial properties (experience in the fashion/beauty/lifestyle industry is welcome)., Ability to independently conduct negotiations and finalise lease agreements., Knowledge of the shopping centre market and trends in the retail industry., Analytical skills and the ability to assess the attractiveness of locations., Fluent English and Polish., Willingness to travel frequently throughout Poland on business., Very good knowledge of MS Office., Communication skills, determination and a goal-oriented attitude.
