Proven ability to build, lead, and grow engineering teams. Experience in designing scalable, distributed systems. Strong knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes. Good communication skills and a mentoring mindset. Product-oriented approach and ability to work with stakeholders. Responsibilities: Lead the platform backend team. Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability. Participate in key technical decisions and maintain engineering best practices. Cooperate with SRE and DevOps teams.
