5+ years of experience in Embedded Software Engineering, with strong experience on C/C++, 3+ years of experience in team management or technical project management with proven track record of mentoring engineers, Strong hands-on experience in Zephyr and low-power chips, Strong experience with Agile and Jira, Ability to look into code and design details to ensure proper architecture, Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, Willingness to work on-site from the Krakow office at least 3 days a week
