Opis stanowiska

We are looking for a Digital Specialist to support the execution of our brand's digital strategy in alignment with our business goals. This role will focus on enhancing customer engagement and optimizing digital platforms, including the loyalty program, Starbucks gift cards, POS systems, mobile applications, website, and retail solutions. The Digital Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital innovation and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Supporting the implementation of digital initiatives related to loyalty programs, website, and mobile applications to enhance brand loyalty, Assisting in the management of the Starbucks Card business, including digital advertising, POS integration, social media campaigns, and new partnership initiatives in close collaboration with the marketing team, Monitoring and analyzing key digital performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate platform effectiveness and support continuous improvements, Collaborating with marketing, IT, and data teams to deliver engaging and seamless digital experiences, Researching and identifying innovative digital trends and customer insights to support the evolution of Starbucks' digital ecosystem, Supporting the testing and rollout of new digital features, gathering feedback, and optimizing performance post-launch, Assisting in the development of personalization and gamification strategies within the loyalty platform to drive customer engagement. Requirements for Candidate Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate business needs and propose innovative solutions, Solid understanding of digital trends, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making, Very good command of English (both written and spoken), Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or digital product management is a plus, Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
