Your Tasks Owning the statistical baseline forecasting for all standard products with sufficient actual sales history (including sell-out data) to generate the most accurate statistics Generating insights and data-driven decision support for better forecast accuracy achievement Utilizing the latest AI and machine learning baseline forecasting methods and optimal forecasting models and parameters for each product/category/market to build unbiased and accurate demand plans Controlling the sales history cleaning process in cooperation with demand planners Maintaining the relevant planning master data Your Profile University degree (minimum Bachelor's) in Data Administration, Statistics, Analytics, or Economics Min. 2 years of experience in sales forecasting or the business analytics area, preferably in the FMCG industry Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written), ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management and peers Advanced knowledge of Excel, optionally VBA or Power BI APO or/and OMP system knowledge welcome Excellent analytical skills Very good communication skills Ability to work remotely in a multicultural environment Ability to build and develop relationships with both internal and external partners
